2018 Memoir Writing Workshop Series

 

LIFE LINES

Join published writer Marilyn Cram Donahue in three intensive workshop sessions on June 26, 27 & 28, 2018
  • Explore successful methods for developing memoir as literature.
  • Use hands-on techniques and oral participation to develop memory recall and writing, including:  rough sketching, collage making, word association, "talking" one's memories, quick writes, risk taking, setting and character creations, and creative plotting.
  • Differentiate among genealogy, autobiography, and memoir.

All activities are suitable for classroom use.
